Steps to Obtain a Real Estate License

1. Applicant (s) must be 18 years old or older

2. Complete a 72 hour Missouri Real Estate Pre-licensure course: 48-hour Pre-exam cours & followed by 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice course.

3. Pass the exam

4. Get fingerprints and backgroud check done.

5  Find a broekage

6. Apply for Missouri Salesperson license
